I’ve always been a sucker for pretty perfume bottles and I’ve collected fragrances for as long as I can remember. Throughout my early teens I’d often suggest perfume names when my mom would ask me for ideas for Christmas presents and save up to buy the occasional addition to my collection. It would be on full display in my room and I’d choose the most colourful/unusual bottles and fruity fragrances (Marc Jacobs springs to mind).
As I’ve got older I’ve realised I prefer quality over quantity and now I’m quite selective with my choices. In fairness, I rarely buy new perfume now, but when I do I know what I like. Some of my favourite perfume brands being Chanel, Burberry, Stella McCartney and Thierry Mugler.
So, the purpose of this post. Well remember earlier how I said I’m a sucker for perfume.. That was tested out again a few weeks ago when upon receiving my online ASOS order (I have a lot of time for ASOS and their premier delivery), I discovered a little free sample of perfume along with my order. It was Theirry Mugler’s Angel Muse and I needed it.
Angel Muse Thierry Mugler
Here it is.. Isn’t it pretty!?
I have worn two of the brands other perfumes Angel and Alien for years, in fact I can’t honestly remember the amount of Angel bottles I have brought and had refilled. They are the only perfumes I can put on in the morning and know I will still smell them on my hair, clothes, etc that night.. and often the following day!

You can also buy refills for Angel Muse which is cheaper than repurchasing the whole bottle again, but as far as I’m aware its only the 50ml bottle you can refill (not the 30ml).

The scent itself is light and fresh, described by the brand as ‘a captivating fragrance with notes of grapefruit, pink berries and hazelnut cream-cocoa blended with vetiver’.  It’s similar to Angel, but slightly sweeter. Luckily it still has the staying power of its predecessors. If you love Angel I think you should definitely consider Angel Muse.
They also describe it as the fragrance you will ‘Hate To Love’, but I’m having no problems loving this gorgeous scent.
